We understand that each book we create is not just a product but a personal journey crafted with care and love for the special child in your life. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have a “no returns” policy. However, we stand by the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

  • Quality Assurance: If you believe your product has not met our promised quality standards, we invite you to contact us at support@blossomreads.com within 60 days of delivery. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue and include any relevant photographs or documentation. Our team will review your complaint, and if we find it valid, we will initiate a refund process.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed directly to your original method of payment approximately within 5 working days after the issue has been settled. Please note, the timing of the refund appearing in your account might vary slightly depending on your bank’s policies.

Conditions

  • Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital products such as the Audio Book version of our stories are excluded from refunds once they have been sent or accessed.
  • Non-returnable: All products, due to their personalised nature, are non-returnable. We do not require you to send back the received product for a refund.

  • Quality Concerns: Should your product arrive with defects or damage not due to shipping, please contact us immediately with detailed information and photographs of the issue.
